	Ginger root: To relieve weak digestion and malabsorption. Ginger is also believed to speed up the metabolism by as much as 25%.
	Fennel seed: To promote healthy digestion and support a healthy appetite. Also excellent for obesity because it helps take away the appetite.
	Cascara sagrada: To promote movement in the colon and alleviate constipation. Cascara sagrada Helps support normal intestinal function, ensuring proper removal of waste matter.
Inactive ingredients include gelatin, rice flour, and magnesium stearate.
