Q: What is your 100% Satisfaction Policy?

A: This is only on the initial trial bottle.  If you do not like our product with in the specified time frame, 14 days, you may ask for a full refund no questions asked.  Keep the trial bottle as our gift to you; you do not need to send it back.  After 14 days, you will not be issued a refund on the trial bottle or the monthly auto ship program.  All sales are final after the trial period ends.
